Rejuvenation of the Labia A labia minora is a soft tissue around the entrance to the vagina. The size of the labia minora differs in every individual. Some women do have a normal size of it, but others do have an unusually large lip that tends to emerge out beyond the labia majora. An over-sized labia minora not only cause an unusually large appearance, but often brings discomfort when doing a lot of various strenuous physical exercises, it swells during every monthly period for some women, gives discomfort when one wears tight-fitting jeans and causes a discomfort during a coitus.

Causes of Abnormally Large Labia Minora |
- Some unusually large labia minora are birth defects. Some tissues grow thick and enlarge. It sticks out and causes discomfort.
- Repetitive pulling of the genital lips will cause the tissues to stretch out and unable to draw back to its original state.
- Women during pregnancy stage usually gain a lot of weight and accumulate fat elsewhere, the labia minor is no exception.
- Age for women is one underlying factor that contributes looseness of the tissues around the labia minora.
