Wisdom tooth is the tooth that could not grow up normally or grow up just some part. The last molar and upper canine is always happen the wisdom tooth because these tooth position is grow up slower than another so there is no space for their growth. Normally, the last molar should grow up perfectly during 16-22 years old if it is not grow, should see dentist for diagnose as soon as possible to protect the harmful and painful in the future.

In case of either extraction only or do it with the orthodontic, dentist uses the extraction machine in the procedure together with the general anesthesia and takes the short time period. For the wisdom tooth procedure, dentist takes the small operated for extract it and use the local anesthesia except the upper canine. Dentist may consider on the orthodontic which could pull the canine up into the normal position as for the beauty and healthy teeth.

Whenever the dentist fined the wisdom tooth, the best way for cure is extraction soon before the pain symptom is happened. This will make the surgery easily and the side effect is lesser than letting the swelling and bruising occur. 1. Bite the gauze tightly for 2 hours after the extraction or operation.
2. If there still bleeding. Do Not Suck an ice, Should Cold Compress outside the mouth around the extraction area.
3. Do not rinse the mouth in the first day. The second day, should use mouth wash or warm saline<1 glass of warm water mix with salt ½ spoon>, rinse smoothly especially after the meal having.
4. For children patients who extract front tooth, after the procedure the general anesthesia is still be there. The parents should keep an eye on them, do not let them bite the lips it will cause the wound.
5. Brushing teeth normally but pay more attention more on the extracted or operated area.
6. Take the painkiller pill if there is the symptom as dentist prescription.
7. Do not use finger, toothpick or suck the wound.
8. Alcoholic beverages, spicy and hot food is not allowed.
9. If it’s swelling or feel abnormal should go back and check with dentist immediately.
10. Stitch off after the operation 7 days as the appointment.
