Because babies are growing quickly, they need full nutrition, adequate, and appropriate diet for their development. In addition, children who are under or overweight should be provided with instruction and advice for healthy weight control.

- breast milk, ground rice mixed with ground fish, and soup or 1 boiled yolk |

- breast milk, and one meal of ground rice mixed with fish, or egg and cooked vegetable, or soup and ripe fruit |

7 months |
- breast milk and other food as during 6 months, meat or liver pate switching with fish or egg |

8-10 months |
- breast milk and 2 meals of food as during 7 months |

10-12 months |
- breast milk and 3 meals of food as during 8-10 months |
