Augmentation Mammoplasty

This is the surgery for those who want to augment breast size and fullness. The procedure takes about 1-2 hours and is done under general anesthesia. Typically, a pre-packaged silicone bag filled with cohesive silicone gel is inserted in each breast through an armpit incision.  Saline-filled implants are also used upon request.  Implant may also be inserted through an incision in the breast fold or around the areola.
