Breast Reduction : Overview

This surgery is similar in many aspects to breast lifting.  Size and sagging are decreased by removing a significant amount of breast tissue and skin. The nipples are repositioned on a higher level. The operative scars are located around the areola, below the areola to the breast base, and along the infra-mammary fold.
