Buttocks Augmentation : Overview

Silicone gel-filled implants are used to enhance the buttocks.   This procedure is done under general anesthesia.  The surgeon creates a pocket in each buttock through a 5-6 cm vertical incision over the tailbone.  An implant is inserted through this incision and guided into the pocket in each buttock.
