Beautiful Eyebrows

Semi-permanent eyebrow tattooing simulates hair strokes using a technique called micro-blading. Otherwise called eyebrow feathering or 3D hair strokes it is one of the most natural eyebrow treatment you can have.

The Procedure

There are 3 stages for eyebrow design. During the consultation we discuss:

2. Thickness & Color
3. What is achievable

During the consultation expectations will be discussed, measurements are taken, colors determined, and a removable drawing of what your brows will look like is performed.

After the consultation you will have numbing cream applied for approximately 30 min to one hour. using specialist medical grade facial tattooing needles the pigment is applied to the eyebrow area.

You should not feel any discomfort however our physicians will be asking during the treatment if at any stage you are uncomfortable and more numbing solution will be applied to the required area.

You are usually booked in for 2 hrs max – but it varies from person to person depending on your individual requirements. After the treatment your eyebrows may feel a slight sharp pain.

Please note that needles are once off and are always disposed of after each client.

Retouches

A second appointment is needed 4-6 weeks after. This is usually a slightly quicker appointment to add more pigment to the eyebrow area. Maybe darken them when the area is healing, some parts may not ‘hold’ as well as others. This is completely normal as everyone heals differently and will be corrected in at the touch-up.

Eyeliner Enhancement

Eyeliner is fundamental in accentuating and enhancing the shape, color and size of your eyes. As qualified cosmetic tattooists we can precisely apply eyeliner in your choice of thickness and style that is waterproof, smudge-resistant and long-lasting.

If you want a fuller-lash look or are nervous to commit to an eyeliner tattoo you might also consider a Lash Enhancement.

Color can be strategically placed in between your lashes like dots so they look thicker at the base rather than the full eyeliner effect.

Fine Eyeliner or Lash Enhancement

Fine eyeliner is through the lashes and creates a fine line above the lashes. It extends beyond the eyelashes to create a precision fine line which might have a flick at the end or be straight into the lash line. Black brown is the most popular shade. The eyeliner on the upper eyelid is usual a little darker than that on the lower eyelid.

Thick eyeliner is shaded through and goes beyond the eyelashes to create a wider contour with a dramatic flick. The upper eyelid is classically thicker on the outer eye and tapers in toward the inner eye.

Semi-permanent or Permanent Makeup is low maintenance but not zero maintenance. It will last a long time but won’t last forever and we recommend having the eyeliner re-touched every year or 2, as advised.

The process normally takes about 30 minutes. You are usually booked in for 2 hours max – but it varies from person to person depending on your individual requirements. After the treatment your eyes might be a bit puffy like you have a good cry and sensitive for a little while.

Youthful Lips – Lip Liners & Full Lips Color

Lip pigmentation is the perfect way to transform and enhance thin or uneven lips, for lips that have lost shape and fullness with age, restoring volume and creating a perfect shape.

Cosmetic lip color is perfect if you have lost color due to cold sores or age, maybe a scar or accident or it can also be used to correct imperfections.

A tint is selected from a huge range of fabulous shades, to either blend with your natural lip color or to match your favorite cosmetic lip color.

Today many clients prefer not to have a lip liner but a smoother, symmetrical shaped mouth with the color blushed in to avoid harsh dated lines.

Most woman can benefit from semi-permanent lip make up as the treatment will give you fuller lips and help to restore a youthful definition to a fading lip. If you are young and adventurous you may choose a bold color, although most clients prefer to use natural color that is perfect for everyday but can be built upon if need be.

Tattooing lips uses the implanting of color into the skin. People who weep and bleed a lot will not hold onto the color as well. Some people may require more sessions to get coverage but it all depends on your lips.

The pigment is then applied to the lip area using a digital cosmetic tattooing machine. You should not feel any discomfort. The procedure alone may take 15 to 30 minutes.

Lips are sensitive so some feel it a little more than others but we will always try and keep ahead of the any pain.

You are usually booked in for 1 – 2 hrs max – but it varies from person to person depending on your individual requirements. After the treatment your lips will be a little swollen and sensitive.

Please note needles are always disposed of after each client.

Retouches

The same amount of time is booked at approximately 8 weeks later so the color has had time to develop. Some may need another treatment again 8 weeks later [charged accordingly]

Contradictions

• People with enhanced lip augmentation from injections the result is not as good as without. The color will be lighter and harder to hold onto.
• If you have ever had a cold sore please tell your physician as you will need to go to the chemist for some cold Sore treatment.
• Smoking is not recommended as you will bleed more and not hold the color.
• Anyone wanting a tattooing procedure that is taking blood thinners needs to tell our physician this information.
• If taking fish oils please stop them 2 weeks before as they thin the blood.
