All staff are approachable. My stay was comfortable. They are one call away when help is needed. Staff are friendly.

I recently had a major surgery to remove my uterus and ovaries at Yanhee International Hospital. The surgery went very smoothly; the recovery was much easier than I expected. I experienced very little discomfort after the surgery. At Yanhee, I received not only professional treatment but also the warmth of a family. I am especially grateful to the doctors, nurses, and the International Team, and so on. Their patience and constant care meant so much to me. They were always quick to respond to my needs. This kind of humanistic care is truly invaluable in today’s healthcare environment.

I had my FTM stage 1 surgery at Yanhee Hospital. From the very beginning, the staff were so kind, professional, and made me feel safe and respected throughout the entire process. My doctor explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step.

The surgery went smoothly, and my recovery has been better than I expected. The care and attention I received during my stay were exceptional, the nurses were attentive and always ready to help. I truly appreciate the hospital’s experience with transgender patients. I felt comfortable and supported every moment.

I feel good these days. People who work here are very nice. They are patient and professional. They celebrate with me a new life, and give me a surprise. They sang a song and gave me a birthday cake. All this experience made me feel very warm and touched.

The doctors and nurses are all very attentive and friendly. I suggested that female nurses or doctors be allowed to wear shorts as part of their uniform, as I noticed during frequent nighttime urine bag changes that wearing skirts can be inconvenient for them. To better care for patients, I hope the hospital can consider this recommendation, allowing staff to freely choose uniforms they find practical. Additionally, I recommend placing plastic stools in patient rooms to make sitting while showering easier.

Other than these suggestions, the hospital’s services are excellent.

I would like to thank the doctors and nurses in Yanhee Hospital who took care of me, as well as the translator. I was carefully looked after during the surgery. I noticed that there are some gender-friendly toilets in the hospital and all nurses are gender-friendly too. Thanks for all the pleasant experiences I had in Yanhee.
