The payment and transfer were easy and not confusing. My room is clean, large, and nice. All the staff who attended to me were kind, gentle, and easy to communicate with. Dr. Pinai was amazing and able to communicate well through an interpreter, making me feel comfortable and informed during the whole process. I feel satisfied with the procedure/operation. Not feel too much pain. Only operation time; they promise to do it at 4 pm but do it at 8 pm. It’s okay, no big trouble. Staff/Nurse doing good service, good & friendly.

I had a really wonderful experience at the hospital, starting from the International email coordinator who was really attentive and supported me with all my questions and inquiries and provided me with clear instructions. The day I arrived at the hospital, I was welcomed by a well-informed and helpful coordinator who helped schedule my appointment with the doctor, stayed with me the whole time. The hospital also provided a translator, so my questions and the doctor’s explanations were relayed clearly. The procedures were explained to me clearly with honest expectations and risk-related. Post-operative care was excellent. The nurses were very attentive to patients. The meals provided were delicious and catered to my religious needs. I would recommend Yanhee Hospital to anyone seeking first-class care.

I have made three consultations at three different hospitals but above them, Dr. Pinai was very patient and recommended the procedure that I wanted to have which is “O” type. All the staff here are patient and very well trained. I don’t need to worry about anything since I came alone to have the surgery.
