From the start to the finish of my admission, the staff were responsive, attentive, polite, and efficient. The doctor made sure that the desired result was achieved. The nursing staff are exceptionally skilled and they played the most important role in my recovery. The meals were delicious and flavorful. I will recommend Yanhee to others.

I found my experience throughout my time in Yanhee Hospital to be professional and efficient. Dr. Thawatchai explained the procedures. The International interpreter was excellent. She smoothed my experience and helped me feel comfortable. The nursing staff were professional. The highlight of my stay was a trip to the salon to have my hair washed and dried, after which I felt more human.

An open rhinoplasty surgery gone wrong left me with a bulbous nose tip, uneven nostrils, and a hanging columella which is why I took to Yanhee International Hospital to have my nose restored to its former glory. The hospital staff were very friendly & professional. I had spent a long time deciding on the hospital to have my surgery done but I am glad I chose Yanhee. The surgery was expensive but I still feel it was worth the price. I would certainly recommend this hospital to anyone, especially as the staff are genuinely good people. I am yet to see the final result of my rhinoplasty but from what I can see so far, the results look promising.

I have found everyone here to be very nice and caring. I would come again, and the food is really good and a lot to pick from. The room is a really good size and kept very clean.

Only one downfall was the Wi-Fi. It was very slow and only could use when I was in bed. I would love it if it worked by the windows so I could still see the view and show it to the family as well.

Absolutely amazing experience. Having an international section and just the whole organization, systems & structure of the way procedure was dealt with, I was very impressed. The cleanliness of the hospital was outstanding. Mr. Ming was amazing and helpful throughout my whole stay. All of the nurses were so kind and caring and Dr. Thawatchai went above and beyond operating for 6 hours to remove the capsules with minimal scarring, he didn’t have to do that, which just shows his caring, professionalism, standards, and nature. Also, I found it made me feel really trusting in my gut the fact there was no deposit to be paid overseas before any treatment, as I had other places calling and wanting a deposit quick, and I immediately felt uncomfortable so I think that was definitely one of the reasons Yanhee stood out to me. Also, the communication over email was very warm and professional and I didn’t feel rushed.

Thank you Dr. Thawatchai for making me beautiful again. 16 years since I last saw you, I will always be back if needed. You made me feel relaxed, and I didn’t feel nervous at all, as I have a lot of trust in you.

I learned about Yanhee Hospital from the ex-pat community when researching plastic surgery options in Bangkok. I agree with their recommendation after having the surgery. Dr. Thawatchai was easy to work with and listened to my needs. All the staff and nurses were caring, professional, and gave good care. I am really impressed with Yanhee and would not hesitate to return. In fact, I will recommend it to others. Yanhee Hospital is topnotch.

I planned this trip myself; the help and support were exceptional from my first contact right through to my discharge from the hospital. The nurses were fantastic and the International Liaison group visited me every day to ensure I understood my care and next steps along the way. I would have been happy to stay here at Yanhee right up until my flight home.  The care was so good.  Actually, for solo travellers, I believe this would be a great option if it could be accommodated by the hospital.
