I have no pain. I felt very welcomed here. There was no problem during the time of surgery. Though, I haven’t seen the result yet. The only thing that I want to mention was the refusal to give me a copy or at least a screenshot of the paperwork. It doesn’t feel open-minded or legally correct. Thank you very much.

This is my first time in the hospital, so I was very anxious. I was very fortunate to have excellent staff from Dr. Vitawat, the international translator, New & Music, the surgical team, recovery nurses and all the level 9 nurses, Tukta, Gifty, cleaning staff, and the food has been healthy and excellent! After care, communication, and medication have been top-notch. Highly recommend this team! Appreciate so much the liaison, Joann & Chris for checking in on me.

Recommendations for Improvement:
– Post care food services to recommended hotels by Yanhee.
– Scan code for testimonial did not work.
– Recycle bin in the rooms.

Dr. Witawat is wonderful. I appreciate that he was not prepared to undergo a procedure that would not be in my best interest. I respect him for that. The nursing staff is exceptional and very professional.

My stay in Yanhee was extremely relaxed and not at all stressful.

I can’t say enough good things about my breast augmentation with Dr. Vitawat. He is professional and knowledgeable. I did experience an unexpected complication during surgery, but Dr. Vitawat handled the situation with such expertise and care that I knew I was in good care. He not only fixed the issue but also took the time to calm my nerves and ensure I was safe.

The International services were very helpful especially when they came by to check on me post-surgery. All the staff are lovely and professional. The doctor was nice and clinical. I wasn’t uncomfortable at all with him. During my psych appointments, when I was walking for them, I would have appreciated being informed that I was walking for something. We really appreciated having the ability for a guest to stay with me overnight.

At first, I was skeptical with the first consultation because we did not discuss how the nose would look like or referenced pics that I emailed. I was thereafter pulled into the office to discuss cosmetic look and expectations. Post surgery the service has been excellent. I have been treated very well, attended to, and my health has been a priority. I would highly recommend friends to come here, especially for the attention and service provided. The nose looks good, so far, but it is still swollen and I still have a huge splint over it. But I am positive it will come out great!!!

I am very pleased with the care I have received at Yanhee Hospital from Dr. Vitawat, the nursing staff, the international liaison staff, the caterers, and the cleaners. The interpreters played an integral role by helping us understand hospital protocols.
