Very efficient. Same-day consultation and surgery. The doctor was very professional and explained without any sugarcoating. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and all necessary items were available. Food was exceptional. In fact, I had to ask them to reduce the amount of food! Overall, my experience was postive and I would recommend Yanhee to anyone.

Only feedback I would give is to provide all necessary info prior to surgery like removing all jewelry and shave bodily hair if needed, so it will be easy and smooth.

The services and experience provided by Dr. Duangkamon and the nurses are nothing short of exemplary. They responded swiftly when required and gave sound medical advice with risk assessments. The only downside was the lack of neck support on the hospital bed when recovering. If proper neck support can be provided, it would be amazing. Still, my experience with Yanhee has been mostly positive.

I found the check-in process to be very slow. I was told to be here at 9 am, and the operation was to be at 1 pm. The check-in process took so long. The operation only happened at 4 pm.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the care I received at this hospital. This was truly the best medical experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Duangkamon was attentive and compassionate, and the nursing staff was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. Everyone treated me with respect, and not once did I encounter a negative attitude-something that was a big contrast to my past experiences in the US. Very professional hospital & staff. Highly recommended. The doctors & surgeons were great at explaining everything & answering all my questions. The nurses all look fantastic in their pretty uniforms & are very polite & helpful. There is so plenty of staff, so you never have to wait long for anything. They are all very caring & friendly. The hospital is clean and decorated pretty with everything you could need. There is a large varied selection of foods, very impressed overall.

Dr. Duangkamon is fantastic! She explained the procedures, answered my questions & listened to me. The results of the surgery are life-changing! Amazing. My only concern would be to UP the pain medication. Everyone reacts to pain differently. The first night was miserable.

The nurses were terrific. Did mess the bedpan the first day and they just put a clean blanket instead of changing the sheets. All my friends are waiting to hear my experiences so they can come also. I will HIGHLY recommend Dr. Duangkamon!!!

Everything has gone well from the moment I got here. The doctor and all the nurses have been amazing and nice, understanding and caring. Jo Ann and Kirsten have been amazing at helping me in any moment of a language barrier. They have just been very pleasant to see each day. The food girls have been wonderful and always can get what I ask for. The 2 Thai male interpreters were exceptionally helpful in getting messages across. As there were ups and downs with my recovery, every day got better and that’s a huge credit to the staff and nurses here. Maryanne has been the biggest push and help in making this happen, and as much as I’ll be sore for a while, I’ll forever be grateful for her help.

Yanhee Hospital is the best by far of any doctor and nurses’ care team I have experienced. Always clean, also. The promptness of assistance is superb. The Nurses were always friendly, smiling, and looked and smelled fresh, clean, and immaculate.
The only downfall to my stay was how uncomfortable the bed was to be healing in. Also, the food is terrible, and I was often given the wrong meal.

My experience was pretty smooth and positive; the hospital staff are really friendly, kind, and nice. The doctor did her best to try and communicate what I should be expecting and advised me on what the pros and cons of pushing the limit would be. The surgery went really smoothly, rooms were super clean and hygienic. Food was as per dietary requirements and tasted good at the same time. The nurses were available at all times and kept checking on me all throughout my stay. The only thing I felt a little lacking was just the language barrier, whatever question I had for the surgeon or whatever suggestion the surgeon was giving through the mediator felt like some of it was lost in transition. Also could be nice to have a chart of the schedule of when the nurses would be coming in to check on me, just so that we are aware and a little prepared.

From start to finish, the service provided by Yanhee Hospital has been first rate. From Pinky who was my online consultant, to all the caring nurses and the outstanding doctor, I have not one complaint about my procedure and total care package.

The two liaison ladies, who visited daily afterward to check on me, were the icing on the cake.

In conclusion, the price was great, the service was fantastic, and highly recommended to any international traveler.

A good doctor who was interested in teaching me the details of surgery. She performed the operation so well that I didn’t feel any pain after the surgery,  and this indicates her great experience. I undertook two simultaneous procedures at Yanhee Hospital in October 2025. The procedure planning which was done remotely, was extremely easy, and the financial cost was extremely reasonably priced. Upon admission, I was very well taken care of and the procedures were performed with an exceptional degree of professionalism. I had two days of recovery and the aftercare was courteous, attentive, and once again professional. The nursing staff are very good indeed. Food was good for those two days, and my room and facilities were of a very high standard. I would recommend Yanhee for anyone thinking of coming to Thailand for health treatment.

I had a very good experience here at Yanhee Hospital. I was a bit worried things would be a bit confusing but this hospital is easier to navigate than the one back home. All of the staff have given me the best care and information I need. The rooms are also very comfortable. I was expecting to be in a lot of pain after surgery but it is very minimal. I also appreciate everyone keeping my husband involved with the process.

I would recommend anyone looking to get a mastectomy to take a trip over and have a little vacay a few days before surgery. There is so much to see in Thailand and lots of yummy food. My only regret is not coming sooner!

From my first physical consultation in May with Dr. Chokchai, to the email conversation with the international coordinator team, to the actual surgery and post-surgery recovery, all the staff at Yanhee Hospital had been extremely helpful and took great care of me. From the very beginning, all the staff were attentive, kind, and willing to help. There was no fuss trying to find your own way round the hospital, as there was always somebody willing and ready to escort you to the right area. While the psychiatrist and doctors can speak English, a translator was still on standby to clarify points and double-check our understanding, which was much appreciated. The room you are given as well is spotless, spacious, and resembles a private hotel room. Care from all the nurses post-procedure was extremely thorough, and they were all very warm and welcoming to assist you at any time. Procedures were painless and recoveries were also painless with just discomfort from compression and position. Nurses were attentive with frequent check-ins, and helpful with task such as being walked to the bathroom. The doctor made me feel confident in the procedures and answered my questions helpfully. The two points of feedback for improvement that I have are: 1. The language interpreters were not as present as I would have preferred; they should be more present. 2. I would have liked if visits/activities happened at the time the nurses stated; more exact times and starting on those times would be more helpful.

My friend told me he came to Thailand (Yanhee) for top surgery for a total of 15,000 NZD, including flights. He put me in contact with Sally (Authentic Self Australia), who got me an appointment at Yanhee with Dr. Chokchai. I couldn’t afford it in New Zealand (24,000 NZD). So my Mom told me she’ll come with me to Bangkok, and in the end, it cost us 10,000 NZD less for flights, plus surgery, plus accommodation compared to New Zealand. Since coming to Yanhee, I have received so much good care, and even though there was a language barrier, I was treated with smiles and respect the whole time. My English interpreter, who was with me for all my consults and exams, was amazing. Mr. Win made me feel comfortable and was very nice. I highly recommend Yanhee and Bangkok.

What an amazing experience! By far, the best surgical experience I’ve had in any country. Every person I interacted with was so helpful and spoke flawless English. I felt supported and reassured every step of the way and felt confident going into surgery. Dr. Chokchai was so patient and answered all of my questions, and came in on his day off to check on me after the surgery. It’s a very early stage but I am already very happy with the results. One thing that I especially appreciated was how much communication there was. Every day, someone (a nurse or a patient coordinator) would tell me what to expect (schedule for meals, medications, checkups, cleaning, etc.) The recovery room was perfect and well-insulated so I could sleep during the day, and the view of the river was stunning. The hospital food was delicious and had many options for any dietary restrictions. The nurses were all incredibly kind, patient, helpful and sweet at every hour of the day. The quality and amount of chart and record keeping was immaculate; my blood pressure and vitals were taken very frequently so I felt confident that if I had started declining, it would have been caught right away. They checked my wrist label and asked me to confirm my name every time so there was no risk ever of getting mixed up with any other patient.

I had virtual consultations with 8 doctors in total in the US, Turkey, and Thailand. I decided to go with Dr. Chokchai at Yanhee for a few reasons. Sunny, my International Patient Coordinator, was extremely helpful and responsive over emails before my booking and gave a lot more information about what to expect for the procedure at Yanhee. Dr. Chokchai’s recommendation was the most conservative which made me feel like he was most considering my body type and desired outcome versus other doctors (outside of Thailand) who pushed for more drastic procedures. I originally was not too excited about flying two days each way to get to Yanhee from the middle of the US, but it absolutely was worth the trip and I’d recommend the same for anyone going abroad for a procedure. I’ve done medical tourism before but Yanhee was by far the best and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else.

As a bonus, it feels very common for people to come here for procedures, so there are well-stocked hotels literally next door for you to continue your recovery.

The staff in all areas of the hospital were very friendly and helpful. The Dr. explained the procedure very well and referred me to a blood specialist to make sure I was okay due to my blood diseases. The nurses have been excellent and looked after me very well. I had issues with my banking payment and the cashiers helped me to sort this out. The International Liaisons are so helpful with all my questions and found out all the information I needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend to others.

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. There were plenty of people who could translate my needs from English to Thai. Even then, almost everyone could understand what I wanted or needed. I also loved how my room had a small safe for my wallet and a locking drawer for other personal items. The food was amazing and I looked forward to every meal even if I couldn’t finish it.

My only negative comment is honestly not that big a problem, but it was mildly annoying, and that is the sheet that covers the mattress. It constantly came untucked, and I would have to fix it. However, it did get me moving more. Overall, I highly recommend Yanhee.

He had to cancel the operation and reschedule my operation for the following day. Thank you. The doctor explained the procedures clearly to me. He was obviously very experienced as he explained what the markings on my body meant and what would be the expected outcome. Dr. Chokchai visited me every day, except one, and explained bruising and swelling were normal at this stage and improvement in both would be more noticeable from day 4. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything I asked was relayed to the staff and the staff always attended quickly. Thank you ladies.

Nursing staff – excellent and professional care. Kind and gentle. Buzzers answered in seconds and would come to my room quickly. Personal care was excellent. Clean sheets and towels were given as required.

Cleaning and food staff – pleasant and polite. Excellent service. The food was a great selection and delicious.

My only fault is I found the bed mattress very hard. Maybe a soft covering over the mattress would help. In Australia, all beds have an extra soft mattress cover.

I scheduled an arm lift at Yanhee Hospital. During my research, I selected 3 major hospitals in Bangkok. The other two hospitals had very poor communication. Sunny Moreno, with Yanhee, was excellent, very thorough, clear, and gave complete details about the procedure. There was a last-minute schedule change, but Sunny gave me confidence that he was managing it, and I was relieved. The communication before my procedure was excellent. My surgeon Dr. Chokchai was also very clear with me, did a detailed review of my case, and he set realistic expectations for results and recovery. My stay was wonderful. The rooms are huge, comfortable, and cleaned daily. Rubbish bins are emptied multiple times a day and everything is well stocked. If you don’t have a companion, the nurses do sponge bath everyday. The food is amazing and a great variety to choose from. Fruits and veggies are served with every meal and there is so much food you’ll never go hungry. Apart from being bored because I’m not used to doing nothing, I can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend to anyone wanting quality care.

What an amazing hospital. This will be my second stay, and I cannot thank the staff (nurses) and my doctor enough for the fantastic work they have done for me. I have never had such great care after having surgery as I have here. The room is spotless; care is 150% for everyone who enters my room.

The surgeon was excellent, a very professional but caring, attentive practitioner. He was very obliging but also gave an honest evaluation of what he thought could improve my look in the most natural, subtle way to keep my original features. Also, patient with me since I was very fearful of surgery prior to this experience. Nurses were generally very caring, clean, and safe environment to recover in the hospital. Surgery and general anesthesia are not something to be taken lightly for aesthetic purposes only but doctors put safety first before anything else and would not agree to any procedure that would run additional risk.

My whole experience was fantastic. Staff were polite, friendly, and professional. My surgeon was lovely. I’m very happy with the results so far (still swollen). The hospital was very clean and modern. The hospital room was huge. I found the bed too hard, but I already suffer from a bad back, so lying on my back was very sore. Food was great, but far too much for me—no complaints. Karen from TCS was amazing and helped me through the whole journey. All in all, a fantastic experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My experience with Yanhee International Hospital was entirely positive. My first interaction from overseas was with the International Department. Upon my arrival, I was assigned an English interpreter who helped me with the consultation with my surgeon. My surgeon’s bedside manner was excellent. He explained his professional opinion in great detail which demonstrated a great level of expertise and practice. I was then taken to several departments for testing to check my readiness for a complex 6 procedures, 10-hour operation. The staff in each department treated me professionally and with wonderful bedside manner. I can attest that at no point I felt any anxiety or concern about my care. I did not feel rushed and felt I could ask any questions I needed answered. After the operation, my pain management was very thorough. I actually did not experience any pain despite the big procedures. The nursing staff checked on me very often to provide medication, clean dressings, and check on how I was feeling.  They were all very caring. I wish I could remember all their names. To my family, I called them my blue angels. The International Department ladies also checked daily if all my needs have been met. They organized everything non-medical.

My surgeon visited daily to see how I was and explained how my body was progressing and how to take care of it until it was completely healed. The catering department ladies were wonderful. The food was not what you expect of hospital food. It was varied (all the colors and vitamins are included) for best recovery. I had access to internet so I could stay in touch with my family back home. As we know operations are out of our comfort, however, I felt completely safe and slept soundly feeling in good hands by the staff.
I would recommend this surgeon and this hospital and nurses very strongly. The level of expertise is equal to what I experienced in Australia and is actually superior to Australia in terms of bedside manners.

I would have no hesitation in returning to this hospital and I’m very happy with the results of my procedures.

I’ve had over 4 surgeries. This hospital was the cleanest & nice people from the start to finish. Food is fantastic. I have never been treated so well. Thank you for everything. Bed a little small for an overweight. When taking a shower, it floods half of the bathroom. Toilet should be a little higher to keep water away from toilet. Couch could be softer if the spouse wants to sleep on it, or maybe a rollaway bed would be better.

I have found the process from the first appointment with the Dr. ’til my discharge has been amazing. I have never needed for anything. I had good communication online with Jeremy; it was easy to make an appointment. My experience during this entire process has been nothing less than flawless.  Coming from the United States, I was able to coordinate going on a solo trip just for this procedure alone. At first, I was skeptical with the first consultation because we did not discuss how the nose would look like or referenced pics that I emailed. I was thereafter pulled into the office to discuss cosmetic look and expectations. Post surgery the service has been excellent. The process for booking my surgery was so simple and done entirely through email. On the day of surgery, everything ran so smoothly. I had no issues with communication with any staff.  Post-surgery, I received the best treatment and service I have ever had in a healthcare setting. My vitals were taken every few hours, medication was brought to my bedside, and glasses of water were always at hand. The private room was spacious and felt like a hotel. They stored my luggage safely and then brought it to me post-surgery. They clearly explained post-op instructions, gave me medications to take with me, and let me leave the hotel at my own pace. I definitely recommend Yanhee and may return again in the future.

I first came to Yanhee Hospital in 2012 for my breast implant and my experience back then was nothing short of amazing. At 24 years old, travelling alone without family or friends, I felt completely safe and cared for in the hands of the staff. They were so kind, attentive, and always there when I needed them.

Thirteen years later, I made the personal decision to remove my implants. I had no issue with them at all, but I knew straight away that I would return to Thailand & specifically Yanhee Hospital for this procedure. For me, it was never even a question. The cost was around a third of what I would have paid in Australia, yet the level of service and medical expertise here is beyond comparison – easily ten times better.

The medical care was exceptional, but what also stood out was the food. I’ve never seen hospital meals like this before-freshly cooked dishes every day, from eggs, salmon, meats, pastas, vegetables and the most incredible fruit. Honestly, if this food was served in a restaurant, you wouldn’t think twice, it was that good.

As a foreign patient, I also never once worried about communication, the staff speak excellent English, and the Customer Liaison Team ensured everything was smooth and stress-free. Every interaction was professional, kind and reassuring.

From the moment of my arrival to departure, the doctor and his extended team could not have cared and explained any better what was a very nervous time for me as all my flights were either cancelled or delayed and I had very little sleep heading up to my surgery which made my blood pressure sky rocket and was well over the limit of potassium from consuming too much electrolytes. Big faux pas on my behalf. The staff took their time to rectify this, which meant my 8-hour surgery was very delayed. Healthy, well, and I love my new youthful look. This is the place to be. The hospital staff are caring & compassionate. I had everything explained to me step by step. Doctors give patients the time and understanding you need to feel comfortable about the procedure you’re choosing. The hospital rooms are absolutely beautiful, complete with a kitchen and private bathroom. Unlike Australia, if you ring your bed buzzer, nurses are there within a minute. Australia needs to learn what true patient care is all about and study in Thailand.

Six days post-op in my hospital room with a beautiful view of the Chao Phraya River. I had a tummy tuck, MR, and facelift with Dr. Somsak. I was very determined and self-assured sitting at home about my procedures. But once here, I was nervous and anxious. I contemplated backing out. I’m glad I didn’t because the whole process was smooth and easy from consult where I was assigned an English translator. I got to choose my surgery date and my package came with 6 days hospital stay with round-the-clock nursing care, meals, and medication. There was even a couch bed with blankets and pillows if I wanted my friend to stay the night and keep me company. The Doctor, nurses, and interpreter came by every day to check my progress, give updates, and a chance for me to ask questions. The International Liaison team Jo Ann, Kirsten, and Kryzl came by every day to check on my needs, answer questions, and chat. I wish I could remember the names of all the nurses, tech, and staff so I could thank them. They seemed like they really cared for my comfort and well-being.  Nurse Tipiwan and Dinah did give me badly needed assurance at the height of my anxiety as I was being prepped for surgery. In a couple of hours, I’m told I will have a visit from the doctor, receive more post-op care instructions, medications, and follow-up visit dates. Overall for 6 days post-op, I feel very good. I can walk around pretty comfortably and I can see my swelling going down every day. I’m glad I decided to do this for myself, and I’m glad I chose Yanhee.

My experience at Yanhee Hospital throughout my whole surgery process was nothing but positive. I dealt directly with the hospital and was surprised with the easy communication, and the speedy responses to my inquiries. On arriving at Yanhee, it was immediately apparent this hospital was efficient, organized, modern, and extremely clean. The pre-testing actually made me feel confident; obviously, the safety of myself and those around me was of the utmost importance. The greatest positive aspect of my whole journey was the staff, from registration to departure but particularly my daily care nurses were kind, caring, beautiful, and professional. I was so scared to go to Thailand alone because I thought something could go wrong and I needed to be evacuated, but no, best decision I ever made. The hospital was better than I expected; professional, supportive, and consistent compared to Australia. I had five-day stays whereas in Australia you only get one and have to fend for yourself. The surgeon was highly experienced and also the anesthetist. They were there the whole time monitoring you. My tummy, even though still swollen at the time of writing, has provided a new confidence. If anyone asks me about safety and surgery, I would say do it. I will come back for more surgeries later.

Now I understand why many FTMs in Vietnam recommend Yanhee. I really appreciate and would like to express my gratitude to Yanhee for their excellent care and professionalism before, during, and after my surgery. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the services and support provided by doctors, nurses, and interpreters throughout my journey.

While my experience at Yanhee was particularly positive, there are two points that I believe could be improved. Firstly, I hope that in oral medical discussions, my preferred pronoun as “he” could be consistently respected. This would significantly enhance FTM patient’s overall experience.  Secondly, I find it hard to control the temperature inside the hospital room, which leads to excessive cold sometimes. Despite these minor areas for improvement, I’m wholeheartedly grateful to Yanhee for helping me on my path to self-discovery and transformation.

We were allocated an interpreter who instructed us when and where we needed to be. The nurses post-op were efficient and friendly. The international services team (liaison team) was consistently in touch, catering to our every need and query including organizing a fit-to-fly letter so airplane staff could assist with priority boarding, wheelchair access, and baggage assistance. I arrived at the hospital on Sunday and was greeted by several members of staff who were extremely welcoming & polite. They took my details and brought me to the waiting room to wait for my surgeon, which wasn’t long. When I was seen, he was very kind and clear with all his instructions about what would happen, and he asked if I needed anything.

After that, I had my blood and X-rays done and was taken up to my room. The room itself was like a hotel room, absolutely stunning. Clean & bright. The staff then took me down for my procedure, and they were very caring throughout. My medication arrived promptly, and the food was delicious. The staff were very attentive, 10 out of 10. If I need any more procedures, I will be back here.

The hospital staff has been amazing. There was a complication during the surgery, a thyroid issue which had gone undetected even after visits to the emergency in Australia. Treatment was provided, including ICU and I recovered with advice. The original operation seems to have gone well and the exit from the hospital was very well advised and executed. A further cost was incurred for ICU and other treatments but it was a small price to pay for a proper diagnosis and a new lease of life.

I was made to feel welcomed to the hospital by all staff. I was made to feel comfortable and fully informed of the procedure and costs of the surgery. The admission process was seamless. The hospital room is clean and well-equipped. After care was impeccable, nurses were on call.

Follow-up appointments and transfers to the aftercare hotel were arranged before leaving. My only negative would be the TV and the food. But I do understand I am visiting a different culture and their interpretation of Western food.

The whole experience was amazing. The staff was beautiful, and the international nurses were amazing to talk to. Showed so much support. The only thing I would have an issue with is when they give you a price or a package deal, everything should be included like having medication, painkillers, stitches out, and follow-up appointments, so you’re not getting charged extra fees on top of your quote. But, thankful for the experience and beautiful hospitality.

It is my second time coming to Yanhee for plastic surgery and I am very satisfied with the procedure. There was no issue in communication, and pre/post surgery was very smooth and efficient. My dream has always been to be as feminine as possible. The first consultation with Dr. Suthat was a dream come true. He is so kind, soft, and very professional. He made me feel so confident in my decision and the outcome of my surgery is beyond anything I could ever have dreamt of. The love and care for me were so beautiful, checking on me constantly, making sure I had all the right medications and comforts. The food was very beautiful and all the staff were phenomenal!! I can’t thank these ladies enough!!! BEST SERVICE AND CARE EVER!! They are what all nurses in the world need to be!! Lastly, I was visited by the international representatives (liaisons) and they made sure to check on me and answer all questions very clearly and with a lot of love and care. They ended up being like my mother whilst I was here and really went above and beyond for me.

I believe that the entire process from start to finish was flawless. Some highlights for me are the oxygen tank (hyperbaric) visits. I recommend doing them, and having my hair washed made me feel good. I believe that I have healed so quickly because the love, support, and attention to care for me was at the most highest standard. My room was cleaned and serviced daily and I got checkups on the daily by my newfound mother-international representatives (liaisons). The hygiene of the hospital is very high!!! I have decided to come back for more work next year and I can’t wait. Lastly, I would like to say a massive thank you to all the nurses, doctors, assistants, cleaners, Kenneth, food delivery girl (she was so kind and gave me a cuddle goodbye which is adorable). The hospital staff were very friendly & professional. I had spent a long time deciding on the hospital to have my surgery done but I am glad I chose Yanhee. Absolutely amazing experience. Having an international section and just the whole organization, systems & structure of the way procedure was dealt with, I was very impressed. The cleanliness of the hospital was outstanding. Mr. Ming was amazing and helpful throughout my whole stay. All of the nurses were so kind and caring and Dr. Thawatchai went above and beyond operating for 6 hours to remove the capsules with minimal scarring, he didn’t have to do that, which just shows his caring, professionalism, standards, and nature. Also, I found it made me feel really trusting in my gut the fact there was no deposit to be paid overseas before any treatment, as I had other places calling and wanting a deposit quick, and I immediately felt uncomfortable so I think that was definitely one of the reasons Yanhee stood out to me. Also, the communication over email was very warm and professional and I didn’t feel rushed.

Doctor Worapon has shown a very professional and compassionate attitude at the same time. He is very experienced in the field of gender affirming surgeries. It’s early to talk about the final results, but it looks okay with Dr. Worapon and his staff did a real miracle.

My treatment at the hospital has been great! The nurses have been really lovely in taking care of and supporting me and made recovery a lot easier. The International services were very helpful especially when they came by to check on me post-surgery. All the staff are lovely and professional. The doctor was nice and clinical. I wasn’t uncomfortable at all with him. During my psych appointments, when I was walking for them, I would have appreciated being informed that I was walking for something. We really appreciated having the ability for a guest to stay with me overnight.

At first, I was skeptical with the first consultation because we did not discuss how the nose would look like or referenced pics that I emailed. I was thereafter pulled into the office to discuss cosmetic look and expectations. Post surgery the service has been excellent. I have been treated very well, attended to, and my health has been a priority. I would highly recommend friends to come here, especially for the attention and service provided. The nose looks good, so far, but it is still swollen and I still have a huge splint over it. But I am positive it will come out great!!!

The doctor and staff were the best in every possible way. I was looked after by everyone and was never left needing anything.

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. There were plenty of people who could translate my needs from English to Thai. Even then, almost everyone could understand what I wanted or needed. I also loved how my room had a small safe for my wallet and a locking drawer for other personal items. The food was amazing and I looked forward to every meal even if I couldn’t finish it.

My only negative comment is honestly not that big a problem, but it was mildly annoying, and that is the sheet that covers the mattress. It constantly came untucked, and I would have to fix it. However, it did get me moving more. Overall, I highly recommend Yanhee.

All staff are approachable. My stay was comfortable. They are one call away when help is needed. Staff are friendly.

I recently had a major surgery to remove my uterus and ovaries at Yanhee International Hospital. The surgery went very smoothly; the recovery was much easier than I expected. I experienced very little discomfort after the surgery. At Yanhee, I received not only professional treatment but also the warmth of a family. I am especially grateful to the doctors, nurses, and the International Team, and so on. Their patience and constant care meant so much to me. They were always quick to respond to my needs. This kind of humanistic care is truly invaluable in today’s healthcare environment.

I had my FTM stage 1 surgery at Yanhee Hospital. From the very beginning, the staff were so kind, professional, and made me feel safe and respected throughout the entire process. My doctor explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step.

The surgery went smoothly, and my recovery has been better than I expected. The care and attention I received during my stay were exceptional, the nurses were attentive and always ready to help. I truly appreciate the hospital’s experience with transgender patients. I felt comfortable and supported every moment.

I suggested that female nurses or doctors be allowed to wear shorts as part of their uniform, as I noticed during frequent nighttime urine bag changes that wearing skirts can be inconvenient for them. To better care for patients, I hope the hospital can consider this recommendation, allowing staff to freely choose uniforms they find practical. Additionally, I recommend placing plastic stools in patient rooms to make sitting while showering easier.

Other than these suggestions, the hospital’s services are excellent.

I would like to thank the doctors and nurses in Yanhee Hospital who took care of me, as well as the translator. I was carefully looked after during the surgery. I noticed that there are some gender-friendly toilets in the hospital and all nurses are gender-friendly too. Thanks for all the pleasant experiences I had in Yanhee.

I met Dr. Ornouma for a consultation and an endoscopic nose examination to confirm a badly deviated septum from footballing injury.
